The Board of Zoning Appeals took the following formal actions during the session: it approved minutes from the May and June meetings, granted a variance to refill an existing deck and add an overhang, and granted a 30-foot setback variance to allow placement of a manufactured home (with UDO-based conditions). Staff will send findings of fact and signed applications to applicants and will provide permit timeframes.
