"I make a motion to approve the consent agenda," Trustee Mary Timmons said; Trustee Kevin Taylor seconded the motion, which passed 7–0 with all trustees recorded as 'Yea.' The consent items included approval of the Nov. 17, 2025, regular meeting minutes, the year-to-date finance report and the First Quarter FYE 2026 quarterly investment report.
The approval came at the start of a meeting that also included information items (including the superintendent's report, CTE and grant presentations) and a series of action items spanning procurement, a budget amendment and personnel-related executive session time. The board recorded attendance of seven trustees and adjourned at 12:36 AM after an executive session and follow-up business.
