Pat Prendergast and Paul Harpis appeared for HRI Holdings to present plans for a 64‑foot by 100‑foot warehouse addition at 22 Salerno Drive in the Columbia County Commerce Park for storage of roofing equipment and supplies. Prendergast explained map symbology and confirmed no additional parking, lighting, or utilities are proposed for the addition.
