Lorena Independent School District trustees voted Nov. 17 to ratify a memorandum of understanding with Texas Woman's University. Trustee Jason Lavender made the motion to ratify the MOU; Trustee Corbett Boone seconded, and the motion passed 6-0 with Kevin Taylor recorded as absent.
