The Vernon County clerk prepared upgraded signage and a visitor-assistance procedure after the courthouse elevator was reported inoperable. Adrienne Lee told the commission the signs will be posted on the elevator and at the security table in the ground-floor lobby, and the procedure is attached to the minutes.
