Pine Tree ISD tours completed ballfields and CTE site; auditorium accessibility work planned

During the superintendent’s report, Jeff Potter provided construction updates and the board toured the junior high and high school sites. Potter said the baseball and softball projects are complete except for a few punch‑list items, and the junior high band hall is projected to be finished in time for August classes.
He reported earthwork for the high school CTE facility is complete and the site is ready to begin drilling piers. Parkway Elementary mobilization is underway, and district designers shared a proposal to make the district auditorium accessible and code compliant. Following the reports, the meeting moved to on-site viewing of the projects and Frank Richards adjourned the meeting at 8:08 pm from the construction site.
