Mosier City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit for Jacob’s Skatepark (referred to as Jacob’s Park in the record) following a hearing that included a staff recommendation, applicant presentation, and multiple public comments both supporting and opposing the project. City Planner Jaime Crawford presented the staff report finding that the proposal met zoning criteria in Section 15.05.0303 and recommending approval with conditions addressing noise, safety, glare, wildlife disturbance, stormwater management, and maintenance.
