The Fort Wayne Board of Zoning Appeals on June 18 denied UVAR-2026-0022, a request from Sweet Asian LLC to operate a mobile food unit at 5717 South Anthony Blvd (RP zoning). Connie Haas-Zuber moved to deny the variance; Rachel Tobin-Smith seconded and the motion for denial carried unanimously, 5–0, according to the minutes.
