On June 18 the Fort Wayne Board of Zoning Appeals approved UVAR-2026-0018, permitting Rise Recovery LLC to operate an addiction services outpatient clinic at 2427 Fairfield Ave in R3 zoning. Connie Haas-Zuber moved approval, Jay Wilhelm seconded, and the motion carried 4–1, according to the minutes.
