Council discussed best practices for a third-party audit that would review records going back 10 years and reported two firms had been contacted for quotes. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to table the agenda item until more information is obtained from the state auditor's office and the city attorney; Councilor Karen Phillips seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
