The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners voted to authorize County Counselor Jake Conard to sign the Opioid Settlement Agreement Release Form on the county's behalf. Commissioner Cory Moates moved the authorization, Commissioner Jack Garner seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
