Where to get PPE in Spokane after the complex fire

An agency official with the Spokane Regional Health District said most returning residents will be in "tier 2" neighborhoods and that "it is recommended that residents in these areas wear N95 masks." The official instructed residents who do not receive a door-delivered kit to go to PPE distribution points for masks, water and guidance.
