Board certifies closed meeting and authorizes personnel transfer

A committee member moved to approve a resolution certifying that only public-business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting were discussed during the prior closed session. The committee member said, “I make a motion to approve the resolution certifying that only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting were as were identified in the motion convening the closed meeting were discussed or heard by the Board of Supervisors.” Members voiced agreement and the motion was recorded with seconds and affirmative interjections.
