The Montgomery Selectboard appointed Linda Raville as the town’s Animal Control Officer during its May 4 meeting. Raville, who lives in Belvidere and said she serves as an AOC or assistant AOC in multiple towns and is currently housing a Montgomery cat, was nominated by Selectboard member Mark Brouillette and confirmed by a 4-0 vote.
