T. Lee Byrd asked the council to consider a commemorative plaque in honor of the late former Mayor Russell Jones to be placed at the Harbor Master facility. Councilmember Lisa Fiege moved to approve commissioning the plaque; Councilmember Joy Marino seconded the motion and the council approved it 6-0.
