Developer outlines 43-home Wellspring Subdivision proposal near Eagle Island State Park

Dave Jorgensen, the applicant's representative with Tall Timber Consulting, told the Planning & Zoning Commission the Wellspring Subdivision site is "approximately 45 acres in size" in the Eagle Island planning area and that the team is requesting R1 zoning with a PUD and development agreement.
