Board accepts General and Wastewater audits
The Holland Patent Village Board reviewed and accepted both the General audit and the Wastewater audit during its March 5 meeting; motions to approve were carried as recorded in the minutes.

The clerk presented the General audit for board review; Trustee McCann moved to approve the General audit and Trustee Brucker seconded the motion, which the minutes record as carried. The Wastewater audit was presented separately; Trustee Rosenburgh moved and Trustee Brucker seconded a motion to accept the Wastewater audit, and the minutes again record the motion as carried.
