On separate motions the board approved Policy Group Four, Policy Group Five and Policy Group Six; each motion carried unanimously with one member absent, according to the minutes.

The board considered three separate policy-update groups and approved each. Policy Group Four was approved on a motion by Linda Davis, seconded by Charles Oliver. Policy Group Five passed on a motion by Charles Oliver, seconded by Diana Cruz. Policy Group Six passed on a motion by Linda Davis, seconded by Charles Oliver.
