Board adopts CM/GC procurement for Upper Table Rock Elementary gym seismic work
The Eagle Point School District 9 board voted to adopt Resolution No. 2 on Dec. 17, 2025, allowing the district to use the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) method and exempting the Upper Table Rock Elementary Gymnasium Seismic Rehabilitation Project from standard competitive bidding under ORS 279C.335 and ORS 279C.337.
