Superintendent Susan Penrod told the Seaside School District 10 Board that although the board had approved the audit at a prior meeting, the audit documents were not available then and are now attached to the special meeting materials. Penrod said the term "unqualified audit" "means the audit was clean, there were no issues to report," and asked if members had questions; none were recorded.
