The board returned from executive session and approved Resolution #2, authorizing Superintendent Susan Penrod to offer employment contracts to licensed staff as listed in the resolution, including district teachers and administrators. The motion, made by Kevin LaCoste and seconded by Katherine Davidson, carried 5–0 with two board members absent.
