Trustees adopt 2025–26 calendar and set interdistrict transfer parameters
Seaside SD 10 trustees unanimously adopted the 2025–26 district calendar after review with administrators and union representatives, and approved the Interdistrict Transfer document; administrators said the district typically sees about 8–15 incoming and outgoing transfers each year.

Superintendent Susan Penrod told the board the proposed 2025–26 calendar was reviewed by administrators and by unions before being brought forward. After brief discussion, trustees approved the calendar (motion by Michelle Hawken, seconded by Shannon Swedenborg).
