After convening an addendum executive session under Texas Government Code §551.074, the Valley View ISD board approved the contract for Interim Superintendent Dr. Monica Luna in open session on July 14, 2025. Board President Claudia Coronado moved for approval and Trustee Jaime Gaona seconded; the motion carried unanimously among trustees present.
