Valley View ISD's Board of Trustees voted unanimously July 14, 2025, to adopt an administration-recommended compensation plan for district employees. Interim Superintendent Dr. Monica Luna presented the proposal during open session and the board approved the plan on a motion by Board President Claudia Coronado, seconded by Trustee Jaime Gaona.
