The Borough Council adopted Ordinance 2026-17 on June 29, 2026, changing the hours during which plenary retail consumption and distribution licensees are prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages on Sundays. The revised §103-17 establishes prohibited Sunday sales hours between 2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., with separate January 1 exceptions spelled out in the ordinance.
