Deputy Prosecuting Attorney III James McCubbin presented a litigation letter addressed to ALSC Architects about the Ellensburg Rodeo Arena Improvement Project and asked that the Chair sign the document. Commissioner Laura Osiadacz moved to approve and sign the letter as presented; Chairman Brett Wachsmith seconded the motion. The minutes record: "Motion carried 2-0."
