Kittitas County Commissioners on July 21 approved Resolution No. 2026-125 to create a Countywide Public Facilities District after accepting an independent financial feasibility review. Commissioner Laura Osiadacz moved to create the district and Chairman Cory Wright seconded; the motion carried 2-0.
