Board approves Russell Johnson rezoning to satisfy lender classification
The Glendale board voted to rezone a lot from single-family to multi-family classification to accommodate lender rules for an existing two-dwelling situation; the change does not permit additional construction, the board said.

Russell Johnson requested a zone change from single-family to multi-family so the property's existing two dwellings would meet bank classification for refinancing. Town staff and planning and zoning had previously reviewed and approved the request, and the council confirmed the change would not permit new units beyond what already exists on the lot.
