The board unanimously adopted Ordinance No. 26-09 to amend Bridgeview's municipal code by adopting the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code (section 6-6-1 of chapter 6).

The Village Board voted 6-0 to adopt the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code as an amendment to section 6-6-1 of the municipal code. Trustee Baste moved the ordinance and Trustee Pticek seconded; the minutes record the unanimous vote and state the code's formal adoption under Ordinance No. 26-09.
