Mayor Rodney Buckley told trustees, citing the Village Attorney, that "no information that is a work in progress by the board/committee should be disseminated to a select group of individuals, it is a violation of the Open Meetings Act." He advised that draft materials still under development should be clearly watermarked as drafts before being shared.
