Trustee Bianco introduced a request from KHP North Riverside LLC (operating as K Pot Korean barbecue) for variances from village sign regulations to allow additional wall signage on elevations that do not have public street frontage and would otherwise be prohibited. The planning commission recommended approval on April 28, 2026, and staff supported that recommendation with conditions and final administrative review.
