The Rio Vista ISD board voted to reject submitted bids for foundation concrete work related to the field house and weight room and separately approved a Professional Engineering Services Letter of Agreement at the April 21 meeting. "I make a motion to approve the rejection of submitted field house and weight room foundation concrete bids," Committee member Terry Broumley said; Ronnie Crecelius seconded and the motion passed 7–0.
