At the Oct. 20, 2025 meeting the Rockwall ISD Board of Trustees approved the recommendation for project completion for the HVAC replacement projects at Springer, Hartman, and Jones elementary schools. Trustee Dr. Steve Albers moved for approval and Trustee Grant DuBois seconded; the recorded vote was 6–0, 1 absent (Frank Conselman).
