The Rockwall ISD Board of Trustees approved updated Board of Trustees Operating Procedures on Oct. 20, 2025 by a 6–0 vote with one member absent. The approval followed a motion by Trustee Amy Hilton and a second from Trustee Stan Britton.

The Rockwall Independent School District Board of Trustees approved updated Board of Trustees Operating Procedures during its Oct. 20, 2025 regular meeting. Board Vice President Dr. Sherry Packer reconvened the meeting in open session at 7:07 p.m., and Trustee Amy Hilton moved to approve the procedures as presented; Trustee Stan Britton seconded. The motion passed 6–0, with Trustee Frank Conselman recorded as absent.
