On Jan. 14 the Richland R‑I Board approved a proposal to provide Learn Life Savers instruction to high school students; the motion by Hollie Wheeler was seconded by Jeremy Conner and carried 7–0.

The Richland R‑I Board voted to approve Learn Life Savers instruction for high school students at its Jan. 14 meeting. Ms. Hollie Wheeler made the motion to approve the program and Mr. Jeremy Conner seconded the motion.
