County Controller Paul Compo told the board maintenance responsibilities have grown since 2009 to include the airport, Norway building, sports complex, additional basement offices, and the dispatch building. He said current maintenance staff "cannot keep up with the demands in a timely manner." The board approved advertising for a full-time maintenance person (motion: Moore; second: Lewis).
