Trustee Zeldenrust moved approval of Resolution #1538, authorizing the Village of Lansing to submit an application for the Cook County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for the 2026 program year. Trustee Abbasy seconded the motion and the board approved it by roll call, 5–0.
