The Rockbridge County Public Service Authority unanimously approved payments of $703,667.05 from the December bills list and customer deposit refunds totaling $68.81. Executive Director Melissa Alexander presented an updated bills list accounting for invoices received since the initial distribution, and the board acted on a motion by Jay Melvin, seconded by Mike Henry.
