The motion to purchase a tandem drum roller for $50,000 (recommended by the Superintendent of Highways at the Aug. 12, 2025 meeting, using CHIPS funds) was rescinded on a motion by Councilman Justin Robinson, seconded by Councilman Adam Deuyour. The board postponed the purchase indefinitely; the motion carried 5–0.
