The Monroe County Legislature adopted a local law on Jan. 14, 2025, to extend the Residential-Commercial Urban Exemption (RESCUE) Program. The two-step action—lifting Intro. No. 392 of 2024 from the table and adopting it—was moved by Legislators Howard Maffucci and Michael Yudelson and carried 29-0.
