Monroe County lawmakers on Feb. 11 approved a set of capital resolutions for wastewater and sewer infrastructure across multiple districts, including the Northwest Quadrant Pure Waters District (NWQPWD), the Gates–Chili–Ogden Sewer District (GCOSD) and the Rochester Pure Waters District (RPWD).
