Commissioners reviewed the draft development standards and asked whether accessory building height limits adequately cover recent pole‑barn construction. Staff noted that "in our current zoning, maximum height, AG 1, AG 2 for an accessory building is 35 feet," and commissioners responded that many modern pole barns have ridgelines at 42–46 feet and recommended adjusting tables or adding an accessory‑structure exception to avoid frequent variances (S6,S5).
