The Solid Waste & Recycling Committee of the Lincoln Parish Police Jury voted on Oct. 14, 2025 to authorize requests for proposals (RFPs) for landfill tipping fees. Dan Lord moved to authorize the RFPs; Karen Ludley seconded. The minutes record YEAS from Ludley, Cranford, Lord, and Hunt and show the motion carried.
