The Lindsay City Council on June 10 approved appointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission, naming Nortman, Brennan, Evans, Bowman and Block to the panel. The motion was made by Klay Gilbert, seconded by Robert Sharp, and passed by a 4-0 vote.
