The Lockney City Council voted to adopt a resolution authorizing submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant application to the Texas Department of Agriculture for downtown revitalization. Councilman Edward Marks moved for adoption and Councilwoman Rosio Reyes seconded; the minutes record the motion passing by a 4-0 vote.
