Board authorizes $2.50 million contract with United Paving for county roads
Commissioners approved a contract with United Paving valued at $2,503,403 to begin multiple county road pavement projects after July 4, and authorized the chair to sign the agreement and proceed with negotiations.

David Buckley of the Road and Bridge department briefed the board on a planned pavement program that includes County Road 511 and other routes; he said the county expects to begin work with United Paving "right after July 4" and that the contract value is $2,503,403.
