The Lubbock County WCID No. 1 Board took up item 3.2 at its Nov. 7 meeting: "Discuss, Consider, and Take Action for the Interviews and Appointment of Precinct 4 Board of Directors." Director Joel Prock made the motion and Director Kade Garner seconded, per the minutes. The board then adjourned to executive session for interviews rather than making a public appointment at the meeting.
