The City of Toccoa Commission convened Feb. 9, 2026, and moved promptly to approve the meeting agenda. Vice‑Mayor Michelle Jamieson moved to "approve the agenda as presented," and Commissioner Terry Carter seconded; the motion "carried unanimously" with Mayor Evan Hellenga and Commissioners Ron Matheson and Gail Fry joining Jamieson and Carter in the vote.
