Chris described water‑line work around the football field and running lines to a final fire hydrant; he also said the contractor's submitted lighting fixtures are from approved manufacturers and meet the fixture schedule. Trustees asked about detention, retaining walls and generator sizing; the contractor confirmed a retaining wall is planned on one side of the site and that a building that size likely would require multiple generators.
Superintendent (speaker 4) and board members agreed to continue monthly construction updates and invited trustees to perform on‑site walkthroughs. No formal action was taken at the end of the presentation.
