Manager reports gas pump inspection, waterfall contract draft and TCEQ items
Manager Brandon Powell reported that a repaired gas pump remains shut off pending a VTECH environmental inspection and that a draft waterfall contract is under attorney review; Freese and Nichols will supply a McMillan Dam timeline.

District Manager Brandon Powell updated the board on infrastructure and utility matters. He said Plains Pump Company repaired the gas pump but it remains shut off pending an inspection by VTECH environment services and noted "there is a high probability that the pump and surrounding soil will need to be removed." The manager also reported that a draft contract for the waterfall donation is under review by the district attorney and that Matt Witt will submit funds once the contract is approved.
